Description

This is the Kizuyama Tomae ( Kiita ) for knife & tools from Kyoto Japan. Kizuyama located in South Narutaki ( Higashinoyama ) area, a mine that relatively stiff natural whetstone. Rare & Hard to find Kizuyama itself these days. Moderate hardness having a strong abrasive power, and quick cut. Approx. 30% of the backside is missing, would be better set it on the base for avoiding wobble.
