Description

Vest Massif Elements IVOL - combines water and wind protection with high-tech softshell fabric with revolutionary FR (fire-resistant) technology with fleece lining. The triple layer of fabric has a soft, elastic structure and a waterproof, windproof, breathable membrane. It has two side pockets at the waist level and one at chest level. The vest is fitted in shape and will not puff up under unloading or body armor. Machine washable. The ergonomic shape and elastic in four directions fabric increases comfort and range of motion. Machine washable.

Authorized by the U.S. Army as the Light Weather Outer Layer in the FREE program. Meets the strenuous manufacturing and performance testing requirements of the Army's Team Soldier Certified authorization program: PEO Soldier Certification Program. Passes rigorous flame testing including the ASTM D 6413/F2302-03 for vertical flame resistance. Tested in flash fire simulations on the Pyroman thermal manikin to demonstrate performance in burn scenarios.
