Consent to the processing of personal data
The user, making an application on the website Izzabugra.com.ua.ua (hereinafter referred to as the Site), agrees to the terms of this Consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Consent) in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Security of Personal Data”. Acceptance (acceptance) of the Consent offer is sending the application from the Site or ordering from the Operator by the Site phones.

The user agrees to the processing of his personal data with the following conditions:

1. This Consent is given to the processing of personal data both without and with the use of automation equipment.

2. Consent extends to the following information: last name, first name, middle name, telephone, e-mail.

3. Consent to the processing of personal data is given for the purpose of providing the User with a response to the application, further concluding and fulfilling obligations under contracts, customer support, informing about services that, according to the Operator, may be of interest to the User, conducting surveys and marketing research.

4. The User grants the Operator the right to perform the following actions (operations) with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement (update, change), use, depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction, transfer to third parties, with the consent the subject of personal data and the observance of measures ensuring the protection of personal data from unauthorized access.

6. Personal data is processed by the Operator until the completion of all necessary procedures. Also, processing can be terminated at the request of the User by e-mail: Izzabugra@gmail.com

7. The User confirms that, by giving Consent, he acts freely, by his will and in his interest.

8. This Consent is valid indefinitely until the termination of the processing of personal data for the reasons specified in paragraph 6 of this document.
