Sights of the FFP series are the latest development of the Vector Optics company. The abbreviation FFP stands for "First Focal Plane", which means "Grid in the first focal plane". The advantage of this technology over conventional sights is that when the ring is rotated, the aiming grid increases or decreases in proportion to the target. This means that the amendments used by the shooter for firing at the mildot grid are relevant at any multiplicity of the sight. The arrow does not need to recalculate the amendments when changing the multiplicity. Recall that in traditional sights with variable multiplicity corrections on the mildot grid are relevant only for a single multiplicity value, usually the multiplicity is 10x. All sights of the FFP series are equipped with an ASR system and hold a 50-gauge recoil.
