The Vector Optics Continental 1-10x28 is a modern and versatile riflescope designed for tactical shooting, hunting, and shooting competitions. Its wide 1–10x magnification range, first focal plane reticle, 34 mm main tube, and durable aircraft-grade aluminum construction make it suitable for a wide variety of shooting applications and distances.
At 1x magnification, the scope provides fast target acquisition and can be used with both eyes open for rapid aiming. At 10x, it provides the magnification required for more precise shooting at medium and longer distances.
Optical System
The 28 mm objective lens provides excellent image clarity, contrast, and light transmission. Multi-coated lenses help reduce glare and improve image quality in varying lighting conditions.
At 1x magnification, the generous 41 m field of view at 100 m allows fast target acquisition and tracking.
VET-CTR Reticle
The scope features an etched VET-CTR BDC reticle located in the First Focal Plane (FFP).
Because the reticle changes size together with magnification, its angular proportions remain consistent throughout the magnification range, allowing the reticle to be used effectively at different power settings.
The reticle features 11 levels of red illumination, allowing the brightness to be adjusted for different lighting conditions.
Tactical Turrets
Precision tactical turrets provide accurate elevation and windage adjustments.
Click value: 1/10 MIL (0.1 MRAD).
The turrets incorporate Zero Lock and Zero Stop functions to help prevent accidental adjustment and allow the shooter to return quickly to the preset zero.
Maximum adjustment range:
51 MIL elevation and 51 MIL windage.
Construction and Durability
The scope body is manufactured from high-strength 7075-T6 aluminum, providing excellent durability and resistance to demanding field conditions.
The scope is rated IP67 waterproof and is designed to withstand significant recoil. According to the stated specifications, the Vector Optics Continental series is recoil-tested for calibers up to and including .338 Lapua Magnum.
The 34 mm main tube provides excellent structural strength as well as a generous adjustment range.
Parallax is fixed at 100 yards / 91.4 m.
