A set of kitchen knives XINZUO Yun series, from Damascus 67 layers - with a core of high carbon stainless steel 10Cr15CoMoV (GB) - Chinese standard name GB, which is equivalent to Japanese high carbon stainless steel Takefu VG-10. Blades - Damascus steel 33 layers on each side. A hand-forged (Tsuchime) blade successfully prevents sticking of products.
