Series Xinzuo Yun Damascus has a 33 layer texture Damascus Damascus-Hammered (Tsuchime) with a core of high-carbon stainless steel 10Cr15CoMoV (GB) - Chinese standard name GB, which is equivalent to Japanese Takefu VG-10 stainless high carbon steel, which provide excellent resistance to rust and prolonged retention sharpening, as well as its beauty. The handle is made of natural rosewood. A hand-forged (Tsuchime) blade of 33 ply Damascus successfully prevents sticking of products.
