DBAL-PL allows operators to hit targets on the battlefield or during close combat in both light and no light conditions.
DBAL-PL operates in two operating modes: the visible light switch activates the visible laser and the white light LED 400 lumens; while an IR switch connects a Class 1 IR laser to an eye-safe infrared LED illuminator for additional illumination.

DBAL-PL with a class 1 double-beam infrared laser aimed at the laser. DBAL-PL runs on two CR123 batteries and has a total runtime of 1.75 hours. The DBAL-PL multi-functional ltsu attaches to any M1913 Picatinny rail pistol
The DBAL-PL is housed in a hard anodized, 6061 T-6 treated aluminum case, water resistant up to 5 m. Two buttons are present on the rotary direction, on the back, are located for quick access and easy handling with or without gloves. One button labeled “VIS” activates the Visible Laser and 400 lumens of white light. Another button labeled “IR” activates the laser and illuminator. The light-sensitive illuminator is generally effective at 50 yards and is visible at almost 100 yards, given that the group is designed for a pistol that will rarely be used for targets beyond 25 yards.
