A knife with a long, thin and narrow blade is very convenient for slicing large pieces of ham, fish fillets, sausages and other products. The central layer is VG-10 high-carbon steel, which provides the knife with excellent cutting properties, has high wear resistance and hardness. Damask linings give great elasticity and prevent the central layer from breaking. The depressions forged on the blade with a special Tsuchime electric hammer not only provide a unique look to each knife, but also prevent food from sticking.
